This Fall the CAASC will offer Cross Country at the High School and Middle School level. All member schools advance to the State meet. Each school will select their top seven (7) runners from each category (MSG/MSB/HSG/HSB) but only the top 5 finishers will be scored for team scoring. The 6th and 7th runner will be scored in case of a tie breaker. Schools that do not have at least 5 participants are still allowed to compete but will only compete as individual runners.

CAASC State Cross Country Meet will be held on Saturday October 28th. Location TBA.
